Once a student or parent registers for our admission services or pays the processing fee, the service is considered "active." We do not entertain any requests for cancellation of services once the documentation, counseling, or university application process has begun.
All fees paid to AIM UP EDUPARTNERS PRIVATE LIMITED are non-refundable. This includes:
Refunds will not be issued regardless of the admission outcome, as the fees cover the administrative costs and professional services rendered by our team during the application cycle.
Any fees paid directly to the University (Tuition fees, Admission fees, etc.) are subject to that specific University’s own refund and cancellation policies. AIM UP EDUPARTNERS PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for the refund of any amounts paid directly to educational institutions or third-party government bodies.
If you feel that the service provided is not as per the commitment or if there is a discrepancy in the admission guidance provided, you must report this to our Customer Service team on the same day of the occurrence.
In the highly exceptional case where a refund is approved by the management of AIM UP EDUPARTNERS PRIVATE LIMITED due to technical errors (e.g., double payment), it will take 16-30 days for the refund to be processed back to the original payment source of the customer.
